Product identity

The Lenovo LOQ AI-Powered Gaming laptop is a 15.6-inch portable system built for gamers and creators who want high frame rates and AI-assisted performance in a single chassis. It ships with a Luna Grey finish and includes a matching Traix mouse pad.

Installation and common issues

The device arrives ready to use with Windows 11 Home pre-installed, so no operating-system setup is required beyond the standard out-of-box experience. Driver updates for the RTX 5060 GPU and the LA1 AI chip should be checked first, as early firmware revisions can affect thermal behaviour and smart-power tuning.

Pre-purchase checks

Verify that your workflow can use 16 GB of installed DDR5 memory, because the specifications list 64 GB as the maximum supported rather than the shipping configuration. Confirm that a 512 GB SSD meets your storage needs, and ensure the 144 Hz 1920x1080 IPS panel matches the refresh-rate and colour-accuracy targets of your games or creative apps.
