14-inch OLED laptop for daily work

The Lenovo Slim 7 83MC0001US combines a 14.0-inch OLED panel with an Intel Core Ultra 7 256V processor, 16GB of memory and a 1TB PCIe SSD. Integrated Intel Arc 140V graphics share system memory. The 1920 x 1200 display runs at 60 Hz and supports wide-screen viewing. It ships new in Luna Grey with Copilot+ PC AI features enabled.

Suits mobile professionals; not for gamers

This ultraportable weighs 2.82 lbs and measures 12.28 x 8.63 x .55 inches, fitting thin-and-light briefcases. The single USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A port plus two Thunderbolt 4 connections cover modern peripherals. HDMI 2.1 drives an external monitor. Buyers who need discrete graphics, a touchscreen, higher refresh rates or user-upgradeable memory should consider other form factors.

16GB soldered memory decides fit

The 16GB capacity is fixed on the motherboard and cannot be expanded after purchase. Workloads that regularly exceed this limit — large video timelines, heavy virtual-machine sets or massive datasets — will hit a hard ceiling. If your workflow stays within 16GB, the 1TB PCIe SSD and 8-core processor deliver responsive performance for everyday productivity and light creative tasks.
