Storage is a 1TB NVMe PCIe SSD paired with 8GB of memory. The chassis is aluminium in a gray finish and weighs 2.9 lbs.

Suits mobile professionals needing security features

This laptop suits professionals who travel and value the integrated fingerprint reader, discrete TPM encryption and a physical webcam cover. The 180 degree hinge aids collaboration in tight spaces. Buyers who want a touchscreen or more than 8GB of memory should look elsewhere.

The USB Type-C port carries audio and video signals so a single cable can drive an external display. Bluetooth 4.1 connects peripherals without a dongle. The backlit keyboard and ThinkPad UltraNav touchpad work together for low-light productivity. No other bundled software or accessories are listed.
