Compact business desktop for mainstream workloads

The Lenovo ThinkCentre M70q Gen 6 is a tiny form-factor PC built around an Intel Core Ultra 5 225T processor with 16 GB of DDR5 memory and a 512 GB solid-state drive. It ships with Windows 11 Pro on the Intel Q870 platform and is intended for business, home-office or student environments where desk space is limited.

Tool-free chassis access simplifies upgrades

The 19.0 in by 10.0 in by 6.0 in case weighs 7.4 lb and opens without tools for memory or storage changes. The compact interior leaves little room for full-height add-in cards and the proprietary power supply limits GPU options, so plan expansions around low-profile parts that fit the thermal envelope.

Sustained performance stays consistent in the tiny

The 4.4 GHz boost clock is managed by a vapour-chamber cooler designed for the 7.4 lb chassis, keeping the Core Ultra 5 225T at stable frequencies during long compile or render sessions. Thermal throttling is minimal compared with smaller ultra-small-form-factor units, though continuous all-core loads will run warmer than in a full-size tower.
