Compact desktop for everyday work

The ThinkCentre M70q Gen 2 fits a 6-core Intel Core i5-11400T processor, 16 GB of DDR4 memory and a 256 GB NVMe drive into a tiny chassis. It ships with Windows 10 Pro and relies on integrated Intel UHD Graphics 730 for display output. The small footprint suits home offices, classrooms or reception desks where space is limited. No monitor is included in the box.

Replaces older SFF or tower PCs

Moving from a larger legacy system to this tiny form factor frees desk space and reduces cable clutter while keeping enough CPU cores for office suites, web apps and light multitasking. The jump is worth it when physical space matters more than internal expansion. Buyers who need discrete graphics cards, multiple storage bays or PCIe add-in cards should look elsewhere.

Limited by integrated graphics and single M.2 slot

The Intel UHD Graphics 730 handles basic video playback and productivity but cannot accelerate modern 3D workloads or drive high-refresh gaming monitors. Only one M.2 PCIe NVMe slot is available, so total solid-state capacity tops out at the installed 256 GB unless the drive is replaced. Memory is soldered to 16 GB with no upgrade path.
