Compact Business Desktop

The Lenovo ThinkCentre M70q Gen2 is a tiny desktop built for office and home-office users who need a full Windows 10 Pro system in a footprint no larger than a book. Its 11th Gen Intel Core i5-11400T processor with six cores and twelve threads handles everyday productivity, video calls and light multitasking without fan noise dominating the room. The 2.76 kg chassis fits behind a monitor, under a desk or on a shelf, making it practical for cramped workspaces.

Compatibility Checks

Verify that your display provides HDMI or DisplayPort input because the integrated Intel UHD Graphics 730 drives external monitors only. The single 16 GB SO-DIMM DDR4-2666 module occupies one slot; confirm whether your workflow will need a second module before ordering. The 256 GB M.2 2280 PCIe NVMe Opal 2.0 drive is the sole internal storage, so plan for external or cloud capacity if you store large media libraries.

What the Bundle Changes

Windows 10 Pro is pre-installed and licensed, so the system is ready for domain join, BitLocker and remote management the moment it boots. Tool-less access to the memory slot and M.2 bay means upgrades require no screwdrivers and minimal downtime. The Opal 2.0 self-encrypting SSD protects data at rest without software overhead, a feature absent on consumer-grade drives.
