Ready for office and study tasks

The Lenovo ThinkCentre M720s is a small-form-factor desktop built around an Intel Core i5-8500 six-core processor running at 3.00GHz with a 4.10GHz turbo. Eight gigabytes of DDR4 memory and a 512GB SSD provide quick boot times and responsive application loading. Integrated Intel UHD Graphics 630 drives display output through the available ports. Windows 11 Pro is pre-installed for immediate productivity.

Capacity that suits everyday workloads

The 512GB solid-state drive holds the operating system, office suites and a large document library with room to spare. Eight gigabytes of DDR4 handles web browsing, video calls and multiple browser tabs without slowing down. Heavy video editing, 3D rendering or modern gaming will exceed the integrated graphics and memory headroom. Buyers who need more storage or discrete graphics should look elsewhere.

The six-core i5-8500 defines the performance ceiling

Its 3.00GHz base clock and 4.10GHz turbo set the pace for every task this system runs. The 9MB smart cache keeps frequent data close to the cores for snappy multitasking. No dedicated graphics card is present, so the UHD 630 iGPU is the only visual engine. If your workload demands a discrete GPU or more than eight threads, this processor is the limiting factor.

Questions about this item

Will the M720s fit on the same desk shelf as my old tower?

The Small Form Factor chassis is much smaller than a full tower, so it fits easily on or under a desk while keeping the i5-8500 and 512GB SSD inside.

How can I verify the Intel UHD Graphics 630 is active after installing Windows 11 Pro?

Open Device Manager and confirm Intel UHD Graphics 630 appears under Display adapters with no warning icon.

Does the box include the wired keyboard and mouse mentioned in the listing?

Yes, a wired keyboard and mouse set is included so the system is ready to use right out of the box.
