Premium tiny desktop for managed fleets

The Lenovo ThinkCentre M90q Gen 5 12TH0012US is a new tiny desktop built around an Intel Core i9-14900 processor with vPro technology and the Intel Q670 chipset. It ships with 32 GB of memory and a 1 TB solid-state drive, running Windows 11 Pro out of the box. No monitor is included in this configuration.

Ready-to-deploy Windows 11 Pro image

Windows 11 Pro arrives pre-installed, providing the management features that vPro enables for remote provisioning and security policies. The 32 GB memory and 1 TB SSD are factory-fitted, so the system is operational immediately without opening the chassis or sourcing additional parts.

Suited for IT-managed office deployments

This unit fits organisations that need vPro-based remote management on a compact Intel Core i9 platform with Windows 11 Pro. Buyers who need discrete graphics, larger internal storage bays, or a different operating system should evaluate other form factors.

Questions about this item

Will the 32 GB of memory need to be upgraded later?

The system ships with 32 GB already installed, so no immediate upgrade is required for typical workloads.

What limits sustained performance first on the i9-14900?

The tiny chassis restricts airflow, so thermal throttling on the i9-14900 appears before power limits are reached.

How loud and hot does the Tiny get when running all day?

The compact design forces the fan to spin faster under continuous load, producing noticeable noise and warm exhaust air.
