Tower desktop for business and education

The Lenovo ThinkCentre M90t Gen 5 is a tower desktop built around an Intel Core i7-14700 processor and the Intel Q670 chipset. It ships with 32 GB of memory and a 1 TB solid-state drive. Windows 11 Pro is pre-installed. The system targets small-business and enterprise deployments as well as student and home-office use.

Standard tower access with vPro manageability

The chassis uses a traditional tower layout that opens with thumbscrews for tool-less access to drive bays and memory slots. Intel vPro technology enables remote management and hardware-based security features for IT departments. No monitor is included, so a separate display must be provided.

Suited to managed fleets and productivity workloads

This configuration fits organisations that need out-of-the-box Windows 11 Pro and centralized fleet management via vPro. It is not intended for buyers who require discrete graphics performance, specialised workstation certifications, or a compact form factor for space-constrained desks.

Questions about this item

How can I confirm the Intel Core i7-14700 with vPro Technology is running correctly after initial setup?

Open Windows Settings, go to System then About, and verify the processor is listed as Intel Core i7-14700. The Intel vPro Platform label should also appear there, confirming the management features are active on this 12V2000CUS tower.

The monitor is not included, so what exactly ships inside the box with this 12V2000CUS desktop?

The box contains the ThinkCentre M90t Gen 5 tower with the Intel Q670 chipset, the pre-installed 32 GB memory and 1 TB SSD, a wired keyboard and mouse, the power cord, and Windows 11 Pro recovery media. A display cable and monitor must be purchased separately.

This model lists 32 GB memory and a 1 TB SSD — are there other capacity versions of the 12V2000CUS I should consider?

The 12V2000CUS is a single fixed configuration with 32 GB of RAM and a 1 TB solid-state drive. Other ThinkCentre M90t Gen 5 SKUs carry different part numbers and offer alternative memory or storage sizes, but this specific MPN does not have selectable capacity options.
