Compact Mini Desktop for Office and Education

The Lenovo ThinkCentre M920q Mini is a small-form-factor desktop powered by an Intel Core i5 8th Gen processor running at 2.10 GHz. It ships with 8GB of DDR4 memory and a 512GB solid-state drive. Windows 11 Pro comes pre-installed and updated. The unit is designed for office, industrial, business, coding and school environments.

Verify Power, Display and Memory Needs

Confirm your workspace has a suitable power outlet and a display with a compatible video input, as no monitor is included. The system supports up to 32GB of DDR4 memory if you plan to expand beyond the factory 8GB. Physical dimensions are 7.05 X 7.2 X 1.36 inches, so ensure the intended mounting location accommodates this footprint.

Replaces Larger Towers for Space-Constrained Desks

This mini desktop replaces traditional tower systems where desk space is limited or a clean, unobtrusive installation is required. The jump is worthwhile when you need a quiet, energy-efficient platform for productivity workloads and can work within the 8GB base memory or upgrade to the 32GB ceiling. It is not suited for buyers who need discrete graphics performance or multiple internal drive bays.

The mini desktop includes a fresh Windows 11 Pro installation, 8GB DDR4 memory, and a 512GB SSD. A monitor, keyboard, and mouse are not included and must be purchased separately.

Should I choose the 8GB DDR4 configuration or upgrade toward the 32GB maximum?
