A 14.0-inch Full HD business laptop with an 11th Gen Intel Core i7-1165G7, 16GB DDR4 memory and a 1TB PCIe NVMe SSD
This Lenovo ThinkPad L14 Gen 2 is a new 14.0-inch business laptop running Windows 10 Pro. It uses an 11th Gen Intel Core i7-1165G7 quad-core processor with a base frequency of 2.80 GHz and a turbo frequency of 4.7 GHz. The system includes 16GB of DDR4 memory and a 1TB PCIe NVMe SSD. Integrated Intel Iris Xe graphics drive the 1920 x 1080 non-touch display at 60Hz.
Check that the port selection matches your peripherals: two USB 3.2 Gen1 Type-A, one HDMI, one Thunderbolt 4 Type-C, two USB 3.2 Gen1 Type-C, a microSD reader and a combo audio jack. The 16GB DDR4 SO-DIMM is installed; confirm whether your workflow needs additional slots or a different memory speed. Wireless connectivity uses Wi-Fi 6 AX200 and Bluetooth 5.1, with a wired RJ-45 Ethernet port also present.
Under continuous load the quad-core CPU can reach 4.7 GHz turbo while the Iris Xe graphics share system memory. The 65W power adapter and 3-cell 45WHr battery support the 14.0-inch chassis during extended sessions. Thermal management relies on the standard fan design within the 0.75-inch profile; prolonged heavy compute or video tasks will cause the processor to throttle to maintain safe temperatures.
