Questions about this item

How long does the 1.80GHz base clock sustain before the 4.9GHz turbo drops off?

The i7-10510U runs at 1.80GHz base and can reach 4.9GHz turbo; sustained turbo duration depends on the cooling solution and workload.

What fan noise and surface temperatures should I expect after hours of continuous load?

Under sustained load the quad-core chip and integrated graphics share the same thermal budget, so fan speed and keyboard-deck heat rise noticeably after prolonged use.

Which DDR4 SO-DIMM slots are free for a memory upgrade to the 32GB maximum?

The laptop ships with 8GB DDR4 at 2400MHz in one SO-DIMM slot, leaving the second slot open for an additional module up to the 32GB limit.
