Questions about this item

How do I install the LPCAMM2 memory module and what step do people get wrong?

The LPCAMM2 memory is factory-installed at 32 GB and is not user-upgradable; the common mistake is trying to open the chassis to add more RAM.

What maintenance or replacement will the 4-cell lithium-ion battery need later?

The 4-cell lithium-ion battery will degrade over time and eventually require a full battery replacement by an authorised service provider.

What thermal limit appears first on the Intel Core Ultra 7 165H vPro during sustained heavy workloads?

The processor P-cores can reach 5.00 GHz and E-cores 3.80 GHz; sustained loads trigger thermal throttling before the Flex Cooling System can dissipate the heat.
