Lenovo ThinkPad P53 Mobile Workstation

The Lenovo ThinkPad P53 is a mobile workstation built around a 2.60 GHz Intel Core i7-9750H hexa-core processor with 4.5 GHz turbo. It ships with 128GB DDR4 RAM, 1TB NVME plus 1TB HDD storage and an NVIDIA Quadro T1000 4GB GPU. The 15.6 inch FHD IPS display runs at 1920x1080 resolution with 500 nits brightness. Linux Mint is pre-installed and a fingerprint reader is included.

Who This Suits And Who Should Look Elsewhere

Engineers and data scientists needing ISV-certified graphics, 128GB memory and dual-drive storage in a 15.6 inch chassis will match this specification. Buyers who require a touchscreen panel, a newer CPU architecture or a higher-tier GPU with more video memory cannot use this unit. The system targets professional rendering and AI workloads on Linux Mint.

Display Brightness And Panel Technology

The 15.6 inch panel delivers 500 nits peak brightness and uses IPS technology with HDR Dolby Vision support. Colour coverage reaches 72 percent gamut on a non-touch FHD 1920x1080 surface. This brightness level decides outdoor visibility and colour-critical accuracy for creative workflows.

Questions about this item

Does the box contain the power adapter or must it be bought separately?

The laptop ships with its standard AC power adapter in the box; no separate purchase is required.

Should I choose the 128GB DDR4 configuration or a smaller capacity for AI rendering?

The 128GB DDR4 memory is the only capacity offered on this unit and is sized for large data-intensive AI projects.
