Mobile workstation for rendering and AI

The Lenovo ThinkPad P53 is a 15.6 inch mobile workstation built around an Intel Core i7-9750H hexa-core processor that reaches 4.5 GHz turbo frequency. It ships with 128GB of DDR4 memory and a dual-drive layout combining a 512GB NVME drive with a 4TB 2.5 inch SSD. The NVIDIA Quadro T1000 graphics card provides 4GB of video memory for professional visualisation workloads. Windows 10 Pro 64-bit and a fingerprint reader are included.

Ready to deploy with ThinkShield security

The laptop arrives with Windows 10 Pro pre-installed so it can join a managed environment immediately. ThinkShield features and a discrete Trusted Platform Module handle encryption without extra configuration steps. WiFi-6 certification helps maintain stable connectivity in dense office settings. The non-touch FHD IPS panel uses an anti-glare coating, reducing reflections during long sessions.

Sustained performance with Dolby Atmos audio

The 300 nit IPS display covers 72 percent colour gamut for consistent colour accuracy during extended rendering tasks. Dolby Atmos speakers deliver clear audio for media review without external hardware. The 12MB L2 cache and 6-core architecture support multi-threaded workloads over long periods. Buyers who need a larger colour gamut or a touchscreen should consider other models.

Questions about this item

How do I verify the 15.6 inch 1920x1080 IPS panel is performing correctly after setup?

Open a full-screen test pattern at native 1920x1080 resolution and check for uniform brightness across the 15.6 inch display, dead pixels, and viewing-angle stability typical of IPS technology.

What is included in the box and which items must be purchased separately?

The box contains the ThinkPad P53 laptop with the Intel Core i7-9750H processor, 128GB DDR4 RAM, 512GB NVME and 4TB 2.5 inch SSD storage pre-installed, Windows 10 Pro 64-bit, and the AC power adapter.

Which storage configuration should I choose between the 512GB NVME plus 4TB 2.5 inch SSD setup?

The unit ships with both drives installed: the 512GB NVME serves as the fast boot and application drive while the 4TB 2.5 inch SSD provides high-capacity project storage, so no choice is required.
