Mobile workstation with dual storage

The Lenovo ThinkPad P53 is a new 15.6-inch mobile workstation running Linux Mint. It pairs a hexa-core Intel Core i7-9750H processor with 32GB of DDR4 memory and NVIDIA Quadro T1000 graphics with 4GB video memory. Storage combines a 2TB NVME drive and a 4TB 2.5-inch SSD for large project files.

Suited to rendering and data workloads

This configuration targets professionals who need ISV-certified graphics for 3D modelling, CAD or AI development on the move. The 500-nit FHD IPS panel with HDR Dolby Vision supports colour-critical review. Buyers who want a touchscreen, a higher refresh-rate gaming panel or a lighter ultraportable chassis should look at something else.

Verify OS and port requirements

The laptop ships with Linux Mint 64-bit rather than Windows, so confirm your software stack runs on that platform. A fingerprint reader is integrated for biometric login. Check that your peripherals and external displays connect to the available ports before ordering.
