Sixty-four gigabytes of DDR5 memory and a 4TB PCIe NVMe SSD provide capacity for large datasets and multitasking. Windows 11 Pro ships pre-installed on this Black chassis.

Thermals and power in daily use

A 65W USB-C power adapter charges the 4-cell 57 WHr battery while the system runs typical office workloads. Integrated Intel Graphics share system memory, keeping heat output modest during document editing, video calls and web browsing. Fan noise stays low under these conditions.

Ports and security features

Two Thunderbolt 4 ports, HDMI and RJ-45 Ethernet handle docks, external monitors and wired networks. A fingerprint reader and 720p webcam support Windows Hello and conferencing. Bluetooth 5.4 and 802.11ax wireless connect peripherals and networks without cables.

Questions about this item

How do I install the 4TB PCIe NVMe SSD in the M.2 slot and what step is often missed?

The 4TB PCIe NVMe SSD is already installed by the technician who opened the box for the upgrade; no user installation is required.

Which components in the 64GB DDR5 SO-DIMM memory or 57 WHr battery will need replacement first?

The 4-cell 57 WHr battery will degrade before the soldered 64GB DDR5 memory, so plan a battery swap after several hundred charge cycles.

What thermal or power limit appears first on the Ultra 7-255U during sustained loads with the 65W Type-C adapter?

The 65W USB-C power supply caps sustained performance before the 57 WHr battery or cooling becomes the bottleneck.
