Business-ready laptop with 11th Gen Core i7

The Lenovo ThinkPad T14 Gen 2i is a 14-inch Windows 11 Pro laptop built around an Intel Core i7-1185G7 processor with four cores and eight threads. It ships with 16 GB of soldered LPDDR4X memory running at 4266 MHz and a 256 GB M.2 2242 SSD. Integrated Intel Iris Xe graphics share system memory for everyday visual tasks.

Soldered memory means no RAM upgrades.

Because the 16 GB LPDDR4X is soldered to the board, memory cannot be increased after purchase. The M.2 2242 SSD can be replaced by removing the base cover, though the compact form factor limits drive choices. No optical drive is present, so OS reinstalls require a USB stick.

Suits mobile professionals needing a light 14-inch

Buyers who want more than 16 GB of RAM or a larger internal drive should look elsewhere. The integrated graphics and lack of a discrete GPU make this unsuitable for heavy 3D rendering or modern gaming. Users requiring touchscreen input or a higher-resolution panel will need a different model.
