Bundle contents and target user

This bundle pairs a 16-inch ThinkPad T16 Gen 2 with two 24-inch ThinkVision T24i monitors, a 135 W USB-C dock, wireless keyboard and mouse, webcam, headset, dual monitor stand, wrist rests and a briefcase. It is built for professionals who need a complete, ready-to-work desk setup with Windows 11 Pro and Microsoft Copilot AI.

Sustained workload behaviour

The Ryzen 7 7840U 8-core processor runs at 3.3 GHz with 16 GB of RAM and a 512 GB SSD inside the laptop. The dock delivers 135 W of power to the notebook while driving up to three external displays. Each monitor runs at 1920 x 1080 resolution, 60 Hz refresh rate, 250 nits brightness and 4 ms response time for consistent all-day output.

Installation experience and common issues

The dual monitor stand clamps to a desk and offers fully adjustable arms for the two screens. The single USB-C cable from the dock carries video, data, Ethernet and charging to the laptop, reducing cable count. Users should verify that their desk thickness suits the clamp and that the 135 W dock power budget matches the laptop’s needs.

Questions about this item

How much power does the 135 W dock draw when the laptop and both 24 inch monitors run all day?

The dock is rated at 135 W and powers the laptop plus up to three displays through its USB Type C connection with Thunderbolt.

Which wireless standard must my desk support for the MK540 keyboard and mouse to connect?

The MK540 uses a 2.40 GHz USB wireless RF link with a Unifying receiver that plugs into any free USB port on the dock or laptop.

Can the dual monitor stand hold my older 24 inch screens that only have VGA and HDMI inputs?

The stand clamps to the desk with fully adjustable arms; the dock supplies one HDMI and two DisplayPort outputs, so older screens need compatible cables or adapters.
