Questions about this item

Does the laptop ship with a charger and are any adapters needed for the Thunderbolt 3 port?

The box includes the laptop and its AC power adapter. The Thunderbolt 3 port uses a standard USB-C connector so existing USB-C cables work directly; no extra adapter is required for data, video or charging.

Should I choose the 16 GB DDR4 configuration or is a lower memory option available for this model?

This unit comes with 16 GB DDR4 soldered to the board; there is no lower-capacity version of this exact SKU and the memory cannot be upgraded later.

What does the 3.4 GHz turbo figure mean for everyday workloads on the i5-8250U?

The processor runs at 1.60 GHz base and can boost a single core to 3.40 GHz for short bursts, speeding up responsive tasks like web browsing or document editing while staying within the ultrabook thermal envelope.
