Built for Business Mobility

The Lenovo ThinkPad T480s is a 14 inch business laptop powered by an Intel Core i5-8250U processor running at 1.60 GHz with a maximum turbo frequency of 3.40 GHz. It comes with 8 GB of DDR4 memory and a 2 TB PCIe NVMe SSD. The 14.0 inch IPS display delivers a 1920 x 1080 resolution on a matte anti-glare panel. Windows 7 Professional 64-bit is pre-installed, making it suited for organisations maintaining legacy software environments.

Durable Chassis and Versatile Ports

The unit has passed 21 MIL-SPEC tests for reliability in harsh conditions. A match-on-chip fingerprint reader and a physical ThinkShutter webcam cover provide hardware-level security. Connectivity includes Thunderbolt over USB-C with up to 40 Gbps bandwidth, Bluetooth 4.1, and four USB ports. The integrated UltraNav touchpad and backlit keyboard support comfortable input during extended work sessions.

Check OS and Memory Needs Before Buying

Verify that your critical applications run on Windows 7 Professional, as mainstream support has ended and driver availability for new peripherals may be limited. The 8 GB of system memory is soldered and cannot be upgraded, so confirm this capacity meets your multitasking workload. Integrated Intel UHD 620 graphics handle office tasks and video playback but are not intended for 3D rendering or modern gaming.
