Business Ultraportable with Windows 7 Pro

The Lenovo ThinkPad T480s is a 14-inch business laptop powered by an Intel Core i7-8550U processor, 16 GB of DDR4 memory and a 2 TB PCIe NVMe SSD. It ships with Windows 7 Professional 64-bit pre-installed and includes a fingerprint reader, backlit keyboard and Thunderbolt 3 over USB-C. The matte IPS panel delivers a 1920 x 1080 resolution.

Suited for legacy-software users.

This configuration targets professionals who must run validated Windows 7 applications or maintain compatibility with older peripherals and docks. Buyers who need a current supported operating system, a touchscreen or a dedicated graphics processor should consider a different model.

2 TB PCIe NVMe SSD decides storage fit

The single 2 TB NVMe drive provides the entire internal capacity; there is no secondary hard drive bay or additional M.2 slot mentioned in the specifications. Users who anticipate needing more than 2 TB of local storage or a separate data drive will find this chassis limiting.
