Ready for business travel

The ThinkPad T480s is a 14.0-inch laptop built for professionals who need a lightweight Windows 10 Pro machine. It ships new with an Intel Core i5-8250U processor that reaches 3.40 GHz, 16 GB of DDR4 memory and a 128 GB SSD. The 1920 x 1080 IPS matte display keeps reflections low during long work sessions.

Thunderbolt 3 expands the desk

A single USB-C port with Thunderbolt 3 delivers up to 40 Gbps of bandwidth, letting you attach external storage, two 4K displays or a dock through one cable. Four USB ports in total provide legacy peripheral support without dongles. Bluetooth 4.1 handles wireless mice and keyboards so the desk stays clear.

Fingerprint reader and webcam cover

The match-on-chip fingerprint reader authenticates Windows Hello log-ins without sending biometric data across the bus. ThinkShutter slides over the integrated webcam for physical privacy when the camera is not in use. A 4-in-1 SD card reader and backlit keyboard complete the security-focused bundle.
