13.3" ThinkPad Z13 Gen 1 with Ryzen 7 PRO 6850U

This 13.3" business laptop runs on an AMD Ryzen 7 PRO 6850U processor with integrated Radeon 680M graphics. It ships with 16GB of memory and a 1TB SSD. The WUXGA IPS panel covers 100% sRGB at 400 nits and includes anti-reflective and anti-smudge coatings. Windows 11 Pro is pre-installed for professional use.

Recycled chassis materials and haptic glass TouchPad

Buyers can choose between a Bronze finish with Black recycled PET vegan leather or an Arctic Grey recycled aluminum cover. Both options feature a dual-function TrackPoint and a glass haptic TouchPad for precise input. The packaging uses 100% rapid-renewable bamboo-sugarcane fibre. Microsoft Pluton security is built in from chip to cloud.

16GB memory and 1TB SSD capacity for multitasking

The 16GB memory allocation supports heavy multitasking with many browser tabs, email, and streaming apps open simultaneously. The 1TB SSD provides ample space for local files and applications. The 13.3" form factor and 1.00 lbs weight prioritise mobility over expandability, so buyers who want more storage or user-upgradable memory should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

Will the 1TB SSD be user-replaceable if I need more storage later?

The 1TB drive is soldered to the motherboard, so it cannot be swapped or upgraded after purchase.

What limits the Ryzen 7 PRO 6850U during long workloads in this 13.3" chassis?

The thin vapour-chamber cooler saturates quickly, so the processor drops to its base clocks once the thermal envelope is reached.

How loud does the single fan get when the Radeon 680M runs all day?

Under sustained load the fan spins up to an audible whir, but idle and light use remain nearly silent.
