Two-pack headlamp for outdoor use

The Lepro C500 comes as a pair of black LED headlamps, each delivering 200 lumens from an XPG2 emitter. They run on three AAA alkaline cells (not included) and weigh 1.94 ounces without batteries. An adjustable elastic headband fits adults, children or helmets, and the lamp body tilts 45° to direct light without neck strain.

Suited to campers and runners.

The IPX4 splash rating and impact-resistant ABS shell handle rain, sweat and occasional drops, making the set practical for hiking, jogging or emergency kits. Six modes — spot high/low, flood high/low, red steady/flash — cover close work and signalling. Users needing longer throw, rechargeable cells or higher peak output should consider other models.

200-lumen output with 22-hour low-mode runtime

On the lowest setting each headlamp runs for 22 hours, while the combined spot-and-flood beam reaches 120 metres (400 feet) at 1,300 lux. The 10-hour typical runtime covers most overnight trips. Beyond that duration or for distances past 120 metres, the available light drops off and additional power sources become necessary.

Questions about this item

Which batteries do I need to supply for the Lepro C500 headlamps?

Each headlamp requires three AAA alkaline batteries, which are not included in the pack.

Will the 45° tilt mechanism hold its position when I am running or hiking?

Yes, the adjustable head locks firmly at the chosen angle to prevent shaking or sliding during active movement.

How can I confirm both headlamps are operating correctly after I fit the batteries?

Cycle through the six lighting modes — spot high, spot low, flood high, flood low, red steady and red flash — and verify each mode illuminates as described.
