The Letron L-K600H combines a 33 lb large platform with a 1.1 lb mini platform in one countertop scale. The large surface handles flour, meat and bulk ingredients at 0.05 oz accuracy while the mini platform weighs spices, yeast or coffee grounds at 0.001 oz resolution. Both readouts appear together on a dual-line LCD so complex recipes can be followed without switching devices.

Counter-ready operation

The unit measures 13 in by 12.2 in by 1.85 in and sits directly on a work surface with no mounting required. Stainless steel and glass weighing surfaces resist scratches and stains and wipe clean between tasks. Power comes from two included AAA batteries and an auto shut-off after five minutes of inactivity extends their life. A tare function and selectable gram, ounce, pound and kilogram units complete the workflow.
