Dual-Wavelength UV Plug-In Traps

The LFSYS kit includes two plug-in devices and ten double-sided transparent adhesive refills. Each unit uses ten lamp bulbs emitting 365nm and 395nm wavelengths to attract fruit flies, fungus gnats, and moths. The adhesive boards capture insects silently without odors or electric zapping. This set suits households wanting chemical-free insect control in kitchens or living areas.

Socket Availability and Room Darkness

Verify you have two free mains sockets positioned where the traps will not be blocked by furniture. The supplier recommends operating the units in a dark room without competing light sources for optimal capture rates. Ensure the chosen locations allow easy daily access to check and replace the sticky cards when they become full.

Ten Double-Sided Refills Extend Service Life

The ten included refill cards feature adhesive on both sides and full transparency, providing more trapping surface per card than single-sided alternatives. When a board is covered, you simply slide it out and insert a fresh one without tools. This bundle supports extended use across both devices before additional refills are required.

Questions about this item

What comes inside the box and do I need to buy anything else to start trapping?

The package contains two plug-in devices and ten double-sided transparent adhesive refill cards. No extra parts are required — just plug a device into a socket, insert a card, and it begins catching fruit flies, gnats and moths.

Should I choose the two-device pack with ten refills or one of the other bundles listed?

The two-device and ten-refill bundle suits most homes, giving coverage in two rooms with enough cards for several weeks. Pick the single-device pack for smaller spaces or the three-device pack with twenty refills for larger areas.

How do the 365nm and 395nm UV wavelengths affect real-world catch rates?

The dual wavelengths attract a broader range of flying insects — fungus gnats, fruit flies and moths — so the sticky boards fill faster than single-wavelength traps, especially when used in a darkened room.
