Questions about this item

Does the 27US550-W.AEK mount include the 27 inch IPS 3840x2160 display or must the monitor be purchased separately?

The 27US550-W.AEK is a mount only; the 27 inch IPS panel with 3840x2160 resolution is not included and must be bought separately.

Which version of the 27US550-W.AEK should I choose for a 100% standard size 27 inch monitor?

The single 27US550-W.AEK model is sized at 100% standard and fits a 27 inch monitor matching that specification.

What does the 1000:1 HDMI specification mean when the mount is installed with a compatible monitor?

The 1000:1 HDMI figure refers to the monitor's contrast ratio over its HDMI input; the mount itself does not alter that ratio.
