98" 4K Commercial Display

The LG Electronics 98UH5JH is a 98 inch 4K commercial display built for indoor digital signage. It suits meeting rooms, airports, retail spaces and shopping malls where clear content delivery matters. The IPS direct-lit LCD panel provides wide viewing angles for public audiences.

500 cd/m² Brightness with 28% Haze

A brightness of 500 cd/m² and a 28 percent haze coating keep images readable under indoor lighting. The 3840 by 2160 native resolution and 1200:1 static contrast ratio produce sharp detail for static and moving content. Crestron Connected certification ensures integration with AV control systems.

Questions about this item

How does the 3840 x 2160 resolution look on a 98" panel in daily use?

The 98" screen shows native 4K detail at a low pixel density, so text and fine graphics stay readable at normal viewing distances but individual pixels can be seen up close.

What does the 1200:1 static contrast ratio mean for image quality on this IPS direct-lit LCD?

The 1200:1 ratio is typical for IPS direct-lit panels; it provides decent grey-scale separation but blacks will appear grey in dark rooms compared to higher-contrast technologies.

What mounting pattern does the 98" commercial display use for installation?

The unit supports a 15 x 15 matrix mounting arrangement compatible with standard large-format VESA configurations used in commercial installations.
