Questions about this item

Do I need a PC graphics card with HDMI 2.1 to reach the 165 Hz refresh rate on this TV?

The TV supports VRR up to 165 Hz for PC gaming, so a graphics card with HDMI 2.1 and VRR support is required to use the full 165 Hz at 4K resolution.

Will my current soundbar that only has optical input work with the TV's Dolby Atmos audio?

Optical connections cannot carry Dolby Atmos bitstreams; the TV's eARC HDMI port is needed for Atmos passthrough, so an optical-only soundbar will receive standard surround sound instead.

How can I confirm the Alpha 11 AI Processor Gen3 is actually improving the picture after setup?

Play native 4K HDR content and open the picture-mode menu; the AI Picture Pro label will appear when the processor is actively analysing and optimising the scene in real time.
