Channel Configuration

This 3.1 channel soundbar delivers right, left, centre and dedicated subwoofer output for clearer dialogue and deeper bass than TV speakers alone. Dolby Audio decoding preserves detail across movies, music and sports broadcasts. The system ships as a matched pair in a black finish that suits most living-room setups. AI Sound Pro automatically tunes the mix for the content you are watching.

Ideal Use Cases

Buyers wanting a simple upgrade for stereo TV sound will benefit from the centre channel and wireless subwoofer. The LG Soundbar App adds a three-band equaliser for personal taste. Households without an LG TV lose the single-remote WOW Interface convenience. Shoppers seeking surround formats such as Dolby Atmos or detachable rear speakers should consider other models.

Dolby Audio Support

Dolby Audio decoding is the specification that determines whether this bar handles the soundtracks found on most streaming services and broadcast TV. If your source material uses that format, the S60T reproduces it natively; if you require object-based codecs, this unit does not decode them.
