10.1-inch Android tablet with LTE and stylus

The LG G Pad 5 LM-T600QSCCASV is a 10.1-inch tablet running Android 9.0 Pie. It uses a Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 processor with 4GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. The WUXGA display offers a 1920x1200 resolution. It includes a fingerprint sensor and supports LTE bands 2, 4, 5, 12, 66 and 71 for mobile data.

Passive cooling with long battery life

The tablet has no active cooling fans, so it runs silently during normal use. An 8200 mAh non-removable battery powers the device for extended periods between charges. The Snapdragon 821 chipset balances performance with modest power draw. Heat dissipates through the metal rear chassis during sustained workloads.

Included stylus adds precision input

A Mazepoly stylus with a hybrid mesh fiber tip ships in the box for drawing and note-taking. The tablet accepts microSD cards up to 512GB for extra storage, sold separately. Dual front-facing speakers support Dolby Atmos audio. Connectivity covers Wi-Fi 802.11ac and Bluetooth 4.2.

Questions about this item

How do I install the Mazepoly stylus so it works with the 10.1-inch WUXGA display?

The stylus has no battery or pairing step; simply touch the hybrid mesh-fibre tip to the 1920x1200 screen and it registers immediately — just avoid pressing hard enough to bend the tip.

What will need replacement first on the LM-T600QSCCASV?

The non-removable 8,200 mAh cell is the only part that degrades with age; after many charge cycles runtime shortens and the whole unit must be serviced.

What limits the Snapdragon 821 during long LTE sessions?

Sustained 2.34 GHz + 1.6 GHz loads heat the thin 0.31" chassis, so the processor throttles to protect itself, dropping speeds until the aluminium back dissipates the heat.
