Questions about this item

How do I install the LifeProof WAKE case on my iPhone 13 Pro Max, and what step do people often miss?

Snap the one-piece case over the phone starting at the top edge; the step users miss is pressing firmly around the camera cutout until the lip seats fully, ensuring the 6.6-foot drop rating is active.

What maintenance will the WAKE case need over time, and when should I replace it?

Rinse the recycled plastic shell with fresh water if exposed to salt or sand; replace the case if the wave-pattern rim cracks or the MagSafe alignment ring loosens, as the 2-meter drop protection relies on an intact perimeter.

What is the first limitation I will hit during sustained daily use of this case?

The ultra-thin 0.51-inch profile transfers more impact vibration to the hand than bulkier cases, so prolonged drops onto hard surfaces may fatigue the recycled plastic sooner than thicker designs.
