Round sling for vertical lifting

The Lift-all EE60X4 is a four-foot green round sling rated at 5,300 lb vertical capacity. Its polyester core and polyester sleeve with nylon cover form a Type 3 eye-and-eye configuration with ten-inch eyes. The sling measures two-and-a-half inches wide under load and carries California Proposition 65 warnings for cancer and reproductive harm.

Suited for straight lifts and angled baskets

Riggers who need a lightweight synthetic sling for vertical, choker or basket hitches will find the 5,300 lb vertical, 4,200 lb choker and 10,600 lb basket ratings useful. Basket capacity drops to 5,300 lb at 30 degrees, 7,400 lb at 45 degrees and 9,100 lb at 60 degrees. Buyers who require wire-rope abrasion resistance or chain-grade durability should look at other sling types.

Verify hitch angle and load weight first

Confirm the load does not exceed the vertical, choker or appropriate basket rating for the planned hitch angle. Inspect the polyester sleeve for cuts, UV damage or chemical exposure before each use. Ensure the ten-inch eyes fit the hook or shackle hardware on the existing rigging.

Questions about this item

What lifting hardware must I already have to attach this 4 ft round sling?

The sling has 10 in eyes on each end, so you need a hook, shackle or other fitting that accepts a 10 in eye for vertical, choker or basket hitches.

How does the 5300 lb vertical capacity change when I use the sling in a basket hitch at a 45 degree angle?

At 45 degrees the basket-hitch rating is 7,400 lb; at 30 degrees it drops to 5,300 lb and at 60 degrees it rises to 9,100 lb.

How can I confirm the sling is safe to use after rigging it?

Check the green polyester sleeve for cuts, abrasion or heat damage, verify the tag is legible, and ensure the eyes seat fully in the hook or shackle before applying load.
