Lift-all EN1801NX4 Web Sling

The Lift-all EN1801NX4 is a nylon web sling designed for lifting, pulling, and positioning heavy loads in industrial settings. Its synthetic fibre construction provides flexibility and durability for efficient material handling. Professionals choose it for moving delicate or irregularly shaped items without causing surface damage. The yellow sling measures four feet in length and one inch in width.

Rigging Methods and Capacity Limits

The sling supports basket, choker, and vertical hitch configurations depending on load requirements. Basket hitch capacity reaches 6,400 lb while choker hitch capacity is rated at 2,500 lb. Operators must select the correct hitch type to stay within safe working limits. Nylon material resists abrasion but requires inspection for cuts or wear before each use.

Industrial Lifting Applications

This sling suits riggers and maintenance teams handling heavy equipment in temperatures from -60 °F to 200 °F. It is not intended for overhead lifting of personnel or for loads exceeding the rated capacities. Buyers needing longer reach or higher capacity should evaluate alternative sling specifications. Teams requiring chain or wire rope durability should consider different material options.

Questions about this item

How can I confirm the EN1801NX4 web sling is safe to use after I rig it?

Inspect the yellow nylon webbing for cuts, abrasion, melted fibres or damaged stitching before each lift; verify the identification tag is legible and shows the 6,400 lb basket and 2,500 lb choker ratings; ensure the sling sits flat in the basket or choker hitch without twists.

What comes with the EN1801NX4 web sling and what must I source separately?

The box contains the 4 ft by 1 in yellow nylon web sling with its rated capacity tag; you must supply shackles, hooks or master links, rigging hardware and any edge protection needed for your specific lift.

Which hitch rating should I match to my load weight when choosing this sling?

Use the 6,400 lb basket hitch capacity for loads lifted with the sling passed under the load and both eyes on the hook, or the 2,500 lb choker hitch capacity when the sling is choked around the load.
