Lift-all EN180X20 Round Sling 20 ft

This endless round sling measures 20 ft and is built from polyester core and sleeve materials. It is rated for a vertical hitch capacity of 16,800 lb and a basket hitch capacity of 33,600 lb. The white Type 5 sling has a body diameter of 1 3/8 in and a width under load of 2 1/8 in.

Polyester construction and endless loop design

The polyester core and sleeve resist abrasion and UV exposure during outdoor rigging tasks. An endless loop eliminates separate eyes, so the sling can be rotated to spread wear evenly across the full circumference. This construction suits repeated vertical, choker, or basket hitches on job sites.

Replaces web slings and chain for lighter handling

The sling upgrades from heavy chain or stiff web slings when crews need a softer, lighter option that still delivers 33,600 lb basket capacity. The jump is worth it when loads require a 20 ft reach and the 1 3/8 in body fits the contact points without damaging finished surfaces.

Questions about this item

What vertical hitch capacity does the EN180X20 round sling provide?

The vertical hitch capacity is 16,800 lb for this 20 ft polyester round sling.

What body diameter and width under load should I allow for when rigging the EN180X20?

The body diameter is 1 3/8 in and the width under load is 2 1/8 in, so plan clearances accordingly.

How do I attach the endless EN180X20 sling and what common mistake should I avoid?

Form the desired hitch — vertical, choker or basket — around the load and connection point; the common error is using a basket hutch angle beyond 60 degrees, which reduces capacity below the rated 29,000 lb at 60 degrees.
