Outdoor-ready 5.5 inch monitor
The Lilliput HT5S is a 5.5 inch camera-top monitor built for outdoor production. Its 2000 nits brightness makes the 1920x1080 panel readable in direct sunlight. A capacitive touch layer gives quick access to assist tools and settings. The LANC cable adds camera control from the monitor itself.
2000 nits daylight visibility
The single specification that decides fit is the 2000 nits peak brightness paired with 100% BT.709 colour space. At 1000:1 contrast and 160° viewing angles the image stays consistent when the operator moves around the rig. HLG and ST2084 HDR formats up to 10000 are supported for monitoring high dynamic range pipelines.
4K input to 1080p output headroom
HDMI 2.0 accepts 2160p at 24, 25, 30, 50 and 60 frames per second and downscales to the native 1080p panel. 3G-SDI handles 1080p up to 60 frames per second plus 1080pSF and interlaced formats. The monitor runs out when a production needs 4K native resolution or 12G-SDI bandwidth beyond 3G-SDI limits.
