Lincoln Electric 0.035 in MIG Liner
This 15 ft replacement liner fits Lincoln Electric Magnum 100L and Magnum Pro 100L or 175L guns for MIG welding (GMAW). It accepts wire of exactly 0.035 in diameter and is built for the K4528-1 gun series and related cable assemblies.
Plastic bore with CBL aluminum feature
The liner uses a black plastic body with a 1.5 in bore and a CBL aluminum feature to guide wire smoothly through the gun cable. It mounts directly into compatible Magnum 100 and Magnum Pro guns without additional adapters, so daily wire changes stay quick and the feed path stays consistent.
Check gun model and wire size before ordering
Verify that your gun is a Magnum 100L, Magnum Pro 100L or Magnum Pro 175L and that you run 0.035 in wire exclusively; other diameters will not feed through this liner. Buyers who need a different wire diameter or a liner for a non-Magnum gun cannot use this part.

Questions about this item
What wire diameter does the .035 in liner actually support?
The liner is made for a single wire size of .035 in — both the minimum and maximum diameter are .035 in, so it will not feed larger or smaller wire.
Which Magnum guns does this 15 ft liner fit?
It fits Magnum 100L, Magnum Pro 100L and Magnum Pro 175L guns, plus the listed K-series models such as K4528-1, K4529-1, K4871-1 and K4872-1.
How is the liner installed and what step is often missed?
Remove the old liner, feed the new 15 ft plastic liner through the gun cable, seat the CBL aluminum end in the gun head, then trim the excess at the feeder — the step many skip is trimming to the exact length so the wire feeds without drag.
