Computer Printout Clipboard Clip

The Lion Pub CB290HBL is a clipboard clip designed to hold computer printout pages securely. It suits office workers, students and administrators who need a simple fastener for continuous-feed or single-sheet output. The clip keeps documents aligned during handling, filing or transport. No electronic components or power are involved.

Behaviour under sustained daily use

The metal spring mechanism retains its grip after repeated opening and closing cycles. It resists deformation when clamped on thick stacks of fan-fold paper for extended periods. The clip does not loosen from vibration on a desk or trolley. Performance remains consistent across multiple reams without adjustment.

Thermals noise and power draw

The device generates no heat and produces no audible noise during operation. It draws zero electrical power because it is a purely mechanical fastener. There are no moving parts that require lubrication or cooling. The clip adds no thermal load to the surrounding workspace.

Questions about this item

Does the clip generate any noise or heat when left on a printout all day?

The Lion CB290HBL is a passive metal clip with no moving parts, so it produces no noise or heat during continuous use.

What else must I already own for this clip to work?

You need a stack of printed pages or a clipboard surface; the clip simply grips the paper without requiring any additional tools.

Will the CB290HBL damage older continuous-feed paper with tractor-feed holes?

The clip applies even pressure across the top edge and does not engage the tractor holes, so legacy fan-fold paper is held securely without tearing.
