What this cable does

This USB-C to Asus 4.0x1.35mm cable lets you power compatible Zenbook and Vivobook laptops from any USB-C Power Delivery charger. It carries up to 3A and is built for 45W and 65W models that use the 4.0mm by 1.35mm barrel tip.

Replacing the original brick

The cable replaces a proprietary AC adapter when you prefer a single USB-C charger for travel or desk use. The jump is worth it if you already own a 65W or higher PD charger and want to leave the bulky brick at home.

Capacity and limits
