Universal Ear Speaker LA-401

The Listen Technologies LA-401 Universal Ear Speaker in Dark Gray is an over-the-ear headphone accessory built for comfort and freedom of movement. Its open design transmits crystal clear audio while letting in outside sounds so the wearer stays aware of their surroundings. The unit is compatible with hearing aids and includes an integrated neck loop or lanyard for versatile wearing options. A 3.5 mm extension cable is supplied for easy device connection.

Upgrade from in-ear buds or mono earpieces

Switching from sealed in-ear buds or single-ear earpieces to the LA-401 restores situational awareness without sacrificing audio clarity. The open architecture is worth the change when safety or communication with nearby people matters during use. Hard plastic construction adds durability and simplifies cleaning compared with foam-tipped alternatives. The universal fit and hearing-aid compatibility broaden the range of users who benefit from the switch.

Sustained comfort and hygiene under daily use

During extended wear the over-the-ear profile distributes pressure evenly and the open cups prevent heat build-up common with closed designs. Hard plastic surfaces withstand repeated wiping with Listen Technologies disinfectant, keeping the speaker hygienic across long shifts. The lanyard or belt-clip mounting keeps the device secure and accessible without cable strain. Audio clarity remains consistent because the driver is not sealed against the ear canal.
