Toyota Prius 2003–2009 Android 13 head unit

This litillbuly stereo replaces the factory radio in Toyota Prius models from 2003 to 2009. It runs Android 13 with 2G RAM and 32G ROM for app storage. Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connect your phone without cables. The IPS touchscreen handles split-screen views and multiple UI themes.

Sustained operation with GPS and Bluetooth 5.1

The built‑in offline North American map works without a data connection while online maps load over WiFi. Bluetooth 5.1 streams audio and handles calls through the integrated microphone during long drives. EQ settings and split‑screen multitasking remain responsive because the Android 13 platform manages background tasks without throttling.

Check dashboard fit and steering-wheel controls

Verify your Prius falls within the 2003–2009 range; the supplier notes 2010–2015 compatibility but the primary listing stops at 2009. Confirm the factory steering-wheel control connector matches the unit’s SWC input. Ensure the included waterproof AHD backup camera can be routed to the rear of your specific hatch or wagon body.

Questions about this item

How hot does the Android 13 head unit get when running navigation and Bluetooth 5.1 audio all day?

The unit is designed for continuous in-dash operation with the Android 13 system and Bluetooth 5.1; normal warmth is expected during extended GPS and streaming use.

Does the stereo include the GPS antenna, wiring harness and steering-wheel-control adapter needed for a 2003-2009 Prius install?

The package supplies the head unit, a waterproof AHD backup camera and necessary cables; no extra accessories are required for the 2003-2009 Prius fitment.

Will the split-screen and EQ features work if I keep the factory JBL amplifier in my 2010-2015 Prius?

The stereo replaces the factory radio and provides its own pre-amp outputs; the split-screen, EQ adjustment and steering-wheel controls function independently of the original amplifier.
