Living Well with Montel Firm JR444

The Living Well with Montel Firm JR444 is a weighted jump rope designed for fitness, CrossFit and home workouts. It suits unisex users who want a portable cardio tool that adds resistance to skipping sessions. The 10 ft steel cable is coated with wear-resistant PU for durability and smooth rotation.

Self-locking screw-free adjustment

A unique self-locking mechanism lets you set the cable to a suitable length in seconds without any screws or tools. The built-in double-bearing system provides 360-degree rotation that is fast, stable and tangle-free. Non-slip handles keep grip secure during high-speed intervals.

Check your workout space and cable length

Ensure you have enough clearance for a 10 ft rope to swing freely indoors or outdoors. Verify that the lithium-ion rechargeable battery in the handles is charged if your model includes powered features. Confirm the PU-coated steel cable matches the surface you plan to jump on to avoid premature wear.
