Lizard Skins DSP Ultra Bat Grip Tape 1.1 mm Stadium Eats 39 in

Ultra-thin bat grip for all weather

The Lizard Skins DSP Ultra tape is a 1.1 mm thick grip wrap designed for baseball and softball bats. Its Durasoft Polymer backing provides a lightweight, slip-resistant surface that performs consistently in wet or dry conditions. The 39-inch roll includes pre-cut ends, full adhesive backing and a finish strip. It suits wood, aluminum and composite bats alike.

Check bat length and taper preference

Verify that a single 39-inch strip covers the handle length you prefer, including any taper you like above the knob. The pre-cut ends and adhesive back are sized for standard bat profiles; non-standard handle shapes may require trimming. Confirm you want the 1.1 mm thickness rather than a thicker cushion option. No tools beyond a clean cloth are needed for installation.

Thin profile transmits feel under load

At 1.1 mm the wrap adds minimal padding so vibration feedback remains sharp during extended batting practice. The textured Durasoft Polymer maintains tackiness through repeated swings and temperature swings without hardening. Adhesive holds the edges down through the session, preventing unraveling. Players who want maximum vibration damping may find the ultra-thin construction too firm.
