ProStream Nozzle 49482 PK10

The Loc-Line 49482 ProStream nozzle delivers a precise 0.117 inch hole diameter for targeted fluid delivery. Each pack contains ten nozzles designed for non-threaded 1/4 inch connections. They suit maintenance technicians and engineers who need repeatable spray patterns in plumbing or coolant systems.

Upgrade from basic orifices

Replace worn or drilled tips that produce uneven flow with these rated nozzles. The jump is worth it when a maximum pressure of 110 psi and a swing angle up to 85 degrees are required for consistent coverage. They also withstand temperatures up to 170 degrees F and resist a listed range of lubricants and solvents.

Integration into fluid lines

The non-threaded 1/4 inch diameter slips into compatible Loc-Line segments without adapters. This frees up assembly time and eliminates thread sealant steps. The nozzles handle acetone, alcohol, oils, gasoline and sodium hydroxide among other fluids, so the surrounding hose and pump materials must match those chemical compatibilities. California Proposition 65 warnings apply.
