Side Flow Nozzle PK20

The Loc-Line 59889-BLK is a side flow nozzle supplied in a pack of twenty black units. Each nozzle fits a 1/2 inch connection for directing fluid or air in plumbing and tooling applications. The components are new and ready for immediate installation.

Suited for multi-point distribution

This pack suits technicians and maintenance teams who need multiple identical nozzles for a single project or for stocking spare parts. Buyers who require only one or two nozzles will find the quantity excessive. The product is also not intended for high-pressure hydraulic systems beyond the manufacturer's rating.

Pack quantity of twenty

The defining specification is the package quantity of 20 nozzles per order. This fixed count determines whether the pack matches the scale of the job or inventory requirement. No smaller pack sizes are offered for this model.

Questions about this item

Does the 1/2-inch side-flow nozzle generate noticeable heat or noise when coolant runs through it all day?

The plastic nozzle has no moving parts and no electrical components, so it produces no noise or heat of its own; any temperature rise comes only from the fluid passing through.

What hose or pipe size must I already have for the 1/2-inch nozzle to connect properly?

You need 1/2-inch Loc-Line modular hose segments; the nozzle snaps directly onto that hose without extra fittings.

Will the 1/2-inch side-flow nozzle fit onto the older 1/4-inch Loc-Line hose I still use?

No, the nozzle is sized for 1/2-inch hose only; a reducer fitting would be required to join it to 1/4-inch segments.
