Loc-Line 89324AS Rectangular Nozzle Pack

The Loc-Line 89324AS rectangular nozzle is a fluid-direction component supplied in a pack of ten. It is designed for operators who need to aim coolant, lubricant or air streams at a work area from a modular hose system.

Check hose diameter and chemical compatibility

Verify that your existing Loc-Line hose segments have a 2 1/2 inch non-threaded connection diameter to accept this nozzle. Confirm the maximum operating temperature of your application does not exceed 170 degrees Fahrenheit and that the fluids used are among the compatible lubricants listed for this part.

Replaces worn or fixed-direction nozzles

This pack replaces damaged nozzles or upgrades fixed outlets where adjustable flow direction is now required. The swing angle of 24 degrees provides targeted repositioning without the complexity of articulated joints, making the change worthwhile when precise, repeatable aiming improves the machining or cleaning process.
