Loctite 235638 Fixmaster Etching Agent 3.0 oz Clear

This clear etching agent is designed to prepare rubber surfaces before bonding. It enhances adhesion when used with urethane adhesives and the Rapid Rubber Repair system. The product comes in a 3.0 oz bottle for targeted application.

30 minute dry time for surface preparation

The activator requires a 30 minute dry time before the adhesive is applied. This waiting period allows the etching agent to properly condition the rubber substrate. Bonds develop full strength after this activation window rather than instantly.

Bottle applicator for direct surface treatment

The bottle format allows the user to apply the clear liquid directly onto the repair area. No mixing or additional tools are required for this single-component activator. Surfaces must be clean and free of contamination before the etching agent is used.
