Custom Colour Caulk Kit

The Sashco 12030 eXact Color system lets you tint each 9.5 oz cartridge with water-based paint or stain to match any surface. Six cartridges are included so DIYers and pros can handle multiple rooms or a whole exterior without running short. No special mixing tools are required; pigment blends directly inside the tube.

Complete Application Set

Every cartridge ships with its own tip, nozzle and thickener, while three reusable syringes make pigment dosing repeatable and mess-free. The 100 % water-based acrylic latex cleans up with water and meets national VOC limits for indoor and outdoor use. Super-elastic adhesion stays flexible across seasonal movement on moulding, backsplashes, siding and trim joints up to one-half inch wide.

Low-Odour Durable Seal

Water-based chemistry keeps fumes low during application and cure, making it comfortable for occupied interiors. Permanent flexibility prevents cracking as substrates expand and contract, so the seal remains intact through temperature swings. The latex formula draws minimal power from cordless caulk guns and adds no noticeable load to a compressor-fed system.
