25-Pack Cat6/Cat5e Keystone Couplers

This 25-pack supplies white inline couplers that join two RJ45 patch cords in a standard keystone opening. Each unit accepts unshielded twisted-pair Cat6 or Cat5e cables and features 50 micron gold-plated contacts for reliable signal transfer. They are designed for patch panels or wall plates in structured wiring installations.

Suited for installers extending existing runs

Technicians who need quick, tool-free extensions in patch panels or wall plates will find these couplers convenient. The bulk quantity supports multi-room or multi-cabinet deployments. Builders who require shielded connections, angled connectors, or a different keystone footprint should look at alternative products that meet those specific requirements.

Handles standard UTP patch-cord links

Each coupler passes Cat6 or Cat5e performance through a female-to-female junction, maintaining continuity for typical Gigabit Ethernet links. The 25-pack provides enough units for a full patch-panel row or several wall-plate locations. Runs that exceed the channel distance limit for the cable category in use will need active equipment rather than additional passive couplers.

Questions about this item

Do I need a standard keystone patch panel or wall plate to mount these 25 white couplers?

Yes, each coupler is a keystone jack that snaps into any standard blank patch panel or wall plate opening.

Will these RJ45 female-to-female couplers join the Cat5e patch cords I already have installed?

They accept both Cat6 and Cat5e unshielded twisted pair cables, so your existing Cat5e cords will connect without issue.

How can I verify the 50 micron gold-plated contacts are making a solid link after I snap the coupler in?

Plug a known-good patch cord into each side and confirm the link lights on your switch or router illuminate for both ports.
